Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Vintage Jack Rabbit Ltd. We specialise in unique antiques and collectibles, and we take great care to describe and photograph items accurately. Because of the one-of-a-kind and often fragile nature of these items, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

2. Return Requirements

  • You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be repacked securely in the original packaging (if possible) to avoid damage in transit.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or not as described:

  • Contact us immediately at info@vintage-jack-rabbit.co.uk with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will assist with a claim and arrange a resolution, which may include a refund, store credit, or replacement (if available).
  • In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping (unless due to damage or our error) must be paid by the customer.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items sold “as-is” with noted flaws.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refund amounts exclude original shipping charges or cost of damages received in return transit.

7. International Orders

  • We are not responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
  • Returns due to refusal of customs charges will not be refunded.
